Conference Details
Building on the success of the past six conferences, the Accelerating Primary Care Conference will be held in Edmonton, Alberta on December 1-3, 2013 at the Westin Edmonton Hotel.
Conference participants will learn about the latest developments in primary care in Alberta. Hear why transformational change is necessary to fully achieve the potential of team-based primary care. Explore how to ‘work together differently’ and how effective panel management strategies will enhance patient services and outcomes.
The conference format features a combination of plenary speakers, table talk discussions, parallel sessions with abstract presenters, and a poster session.
Attendees
Approximately 400 delegates from across Canada are expected. Senior representatives from the federal and provincial governments, primary health care managers and practitioners, clinical leaders from all disciplines, researchers, policy-makers, and CEO’s and other senior executives from health services across Canada.
