The Caregiver Support Community is a virtual program that aims to empower the wellbeing of caregivers’ involved in unpaid and paid caregiving by providing a supportive group where you can connect with other caregivers, have open conversations about the ups-and-downs of caregiving, and learn about topics relevant to caregivers.

This group is led by a trained facilitator who is there to help guide discussion and learning through educational topics and general support.

This program occurs on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm. You must register to receive the Zoom link or phone number to join the group.
