A biweekly, one-hour men’s caregiver support community.

Caregiving is an emotional roller coaster. It takes strength, bravery and…it takes its toll.

We’ve created a safe space for men who are caregiving, where they can support one other as peers. The Men’s Den is a small, group meet-up, facilitated by men from Caregivers Alberta who can speak to their own caregiving roles. This program takes place every second Mondays from 1pm – 2pm

It’s hard to ask for help. But it’s even harder to go it alone. Join the Men’s Den now.

This is a virtual program that you can join online with Zoom, or dial into by phone.

Due to limited registration space, we kindly ask that you notify the facilitator if you are unable to attend a session. If you have two unexplained absences, we will reach out to you via email. Should we not hear back and you miss two additional sessions, your registration may be removed to allow space for others. Please note that communicated absences will not result in removal, and you are always welcome to re-register when your schedule allows for more consistent attendance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
