In this presentation Tracey will guide your through some concrete ways of dealing with stress in the moment. It’s about micro moments of self care that you can implement with ease into your day. She will also discuss mindfulness and mindset tips you can use to support you during this COVID-19 time.

Tracey’s passion is to teach others ’how’ to calm their minds and live more in the present moment.

Tracey is a stress management and life coach, mindfulness teacher and mental wellness workshop facilitator/presenter for employees, Olympic athletes and the general public.
