This two-day, in-person training is based on the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association’s Volunteer Training Manual which is recognized across Canada. It will give volunteers, caregivers and interested community members the confidence to provide quality support services in any setting, whether that is in hospice, care centres or a private home.

By fostering a deeper understanding of palliative care and enhancing skill sets, we aim to break down misconceptions and reduce stigma surrounding end-of-life issues, and hope to create a more supportive, informed, and compassionate environment for all.
