The St. Albert Grief Walks Program aims to create a supportive environment for those navigating grief. Nature has a unique way of teaching us about loss and healing, providing physical, emotional, and spiritual comfort. Our program encourages participants to engage with their surroundings while sharing their experiences with others who understand their journey.
Each walk, led by trained volunteers from SASHA, BLESS, and the St. Albert Bereavement Fellowship, will explore beautiful local routes, allowing participants to witness the changing seasons as they process their grief. With a flexible format that includes themes for discussion, the Grief Walks offer a space to reflect, connect, and foster community support.
Wednesday mornings from 10:00 am – 11:30 am.
Location: Itinerary of specific St. Albert walks is shared upon registration.
