During the winter months, we have transitioned back to indoor support walks every Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:00 am at the track on the second floor of the SLS Centre, followed by coffee time from 11:00 am to noon.    Free passes are available for anyone who doesn’t already have an SLS membership.  Anyone can join for coffee even if you skip the walk!
