We have exciting news for Alberta Hospice Palliative Care Groups and Societies!
In the late spring of 2014, Alberta Hospice Palliative Care Association will host an innovative two-day conference to promote quality end-of-life care for all Albertans. “Imagine: Connecting Hospice Palliative Care Communities”, will offer grassroots hospice palliative groups the opportunity to engage, connect and build relationships through face-to-face discussions about the opportunities and challenges in their vital work.
We’re excited to invite individuals connected with hospice palliative groups throughout our province to be our guests at the 2014 conference. Through a generous grant from the Eldon and Anne Foote Fund at Edmonton Community Foundation, “Imagine: Connecting Hospice Palliative Care Communities” supports AHPCA’s mission to promote comprehensive, equitable and quality end-of-life care for all Albertans.
Conference participation starts with the completion of an easy, online pre-conference survey. Please complete the survey today to ensure that your organization’s voice is represented in the development of the conference; the deadline for submission is November 30th.
