Yoga for Grief Support: After a Death – Edmonton

This is a 7 week yoga class designed to support people after the death of a loved one. Education around grief and bereavement is combined with the wisdoms and philosophy of yoga to provide compassionate and holistic support. No prior yoga experience necessary. This class is very gentle. Pre-registration is required.
