Dianna Jossa has spent a career in public service, working and volunteering for community service organizations serving the needs of vulnerable populations. Dianna has extensive knowledge and experience in Board governance and the management of not-for-profit organizations. She has held senior management positions within government and the not-for-profit sector. Her interest in the AHPCA stems from her work with seniors, as well as her counselling experience with individuals experiencing catastrophic loss and grief. Dianna holds a Master of Social Work degree in Social Policy and Administration and a Certificate in Administrative Tribunal Justice. Dianna currently serves as an Appeal Panel Member on the Citizens' Appeal Panel with the Alberta Government, in addition to her responsibilities with AHPCA.
