This day retreat offers a sacred space for individuals to come together and navigate the complexities of grief in a supportive and understanding environment. Whether you’ve lost a pregnancy, child, partner, parent, sibling, friend, pet, or any other cherished one in your life, our retreat is tailored to provide solace, and support. 

Nourishing the Heart is more than an event; it’s a welcoming space to connect with yourself and others in an intentional way. Come for a day of ritual, and leave with a heart full of newfound connections. Engage in therapeutic crafts, including the opportunity to make your own essential oil blend, a symbolic salt bowl ceremony, and a gentle movement session designed to nurture both your creative spirit and emotional well-being.
