FREE in-person program for young caregivers aged 12-15. Young caregivers participating in the program will engage in activities and social interactions aimed at acquiring new skills, knowledge, and resources for their role as a caregiver. Our focus is on helping young people build personal strength, positive self-esteem, and well-being. Participants will gain insights into their unique role as young caregivers and be provided with opportunities to connect with other youth who have similar experiences of supporting a family member.

Occurs every week starting Tuesday, January 23 to February 27 with dinner provided.
